You don't say, but I am guessing you selected an inappropriate the option to the question about "Adult" content.

Providing Nabble can be satisfied your forum meets the conditions, they should be able to reset the option for you. You may need to explain the purpose and likely content of your forum as it is currently set as private and doesn't have an obvious name.
