how to directly publish .kml and .csv format extension file in geoserver using java programming?

I did the code for publish .shp fromat file geoserver using RESTCONFIGURATION API but i did't know how to publish kml and csv file.


i AM USING

Geoserver 2.1.1
Java 1.6
eclipse
postgreSql 1.9

please reply me if anybody know?
