guests cant view the security code image

Help.  I chose Nabble forums for my website because of the feature where users / guests don't need to register to leave a post.  I am seeing an issue where other users / guests cant view the security code image and thus cant post anything.
Any ideas why this is un-viewable?

The codes I'm seeing are much the same as ever, and, with their grey background, are easily readable 95% of the time.

However, this recent post:

shows an image that I would regard as unacceptable. Is yours as bad as that, or is that not a true representation of the kind of captcha you see?

Greg, thanks for responding.  However I should clarify, I meant the code is not displaying at all. The image is not loading for some of my guests.  All they see is the broken link icon.

Mmmm! No ideas about that. Hopefully, it was a temporary bug that hopefully has now rectified itself.

No i think the problem was java was not updated on both computers that it wasn't working.
