The mailing list Gimp Users moved last September; it is now hosted here: https://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/gimp-user-list 

Can the corresponding Nabble forum archive be udpated? http://old.nabble.com/Gimp-User-f84.html It is still configured for the previous Mailman server, which is now obsolete.
