fix arabic translation ..

hi,
there's many mistakes in arabic translation
and i want to fix certain words in my forum
how can i do that ?
every time i try
<translation>
    <from>New Topic</from>
    <to>موضوع جديد</to>
</translation>
i get message there's conflict with arabic_lang.naml
