I no longer wish to receive email everytime someone posts at my forum. How do I cancel this feature.

Visit the level in your forum where you subscribed and select OPTIONS. You'll find the option to edit your subscription as the top item on the menu.
Volunteer Helper - but recommending that users move off the platform!
Once the admin for GregHelp now deleted.
