doesn't seem to be keeping up with new messages sent from the mailing list.  

The last message displayed is from 4:40pm yesterday (the 28th).

I hope you can find out what's wrong, and again I apologize for taking your time.  We really appreciate Nabble's service!

Hi David, please check if the archive is still subscribed to the mailing list. You can click on "Options > Mailing List settings" and then on "subscription instructions". You will see this page:
http://electric-vehicle-discussion-list.413529.n4.nabble.com/mailing_list/SubscribeToMailingList.jtp?node=413529&embedf=413529

So you can send the subscription request and see what you get. I believe that your archive got unsubscribed for some reason. If you have access to the mailing list server, it may be worth looking into it.

Thanks!  I just checked the Mailman front end for the EV mailing list, and Nabble is still subscribed.  But I also see that a couple of recent messages have reached the forum, so at least some messages are getting through.

I'll keep an eye on things, and use the subscription link if it seems that updating has stopped again.
