deleting posts and banning authors

I am currently using the newspaper format and cannot locate any function on the page that will
either delete posts or ban authors. Am I not seeing something I should? There is no "more" dropdown as
referred to in other posts.

To remove a post, go to that post and click the "More" dropdown and Remove post/topic.

To ban a user, click on the link of the user to go to his Profile and then use the "Ban this user" link.
