I would like to delete some message send from my old employer. So how can without access to my old email address?

As long as you can still login to your forum (Use the email address you used to create the forum) and used to have permission to delete posts, you will still be able to delete posts.

Once logged in you can change your registered email address on Nabble. Click your username to the top right of the screen, and select MY PERSONAL SETTINGS > EDIT PERSONAL INFORMATION and you will be taken to a screen where you can change your email address. You must have access to the NEW address in order to confirm the change.
