deleting a post

I am very confused on how to delete a post that I have put on my page. What is the procedure to delete just the post; not my whole account......My email is: [e-mail]       Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Go to your post. Towards the top right is a "More" link, click that and on the menu that appears there is a delete option.
