contacting other members

Hi. I have read this post

but even when logged in, I am unable to see any links for contacting other members.  Am I missing something else?

When you click on the avatar of another user, you go to his/her profile. There you can find the "Send email to..." option, see:

I actually don't get this. I can only get as far as you see below. There is nothing else to click...  What am I doing wrong?? Is it because they are unregistered?  It seems like everyone I have tried has the same result... even people who say "contact me off-list"

The screen you attached belongs to the old system, which doesn't have the "Send Email to..." feature anymore. We are currently migrating forums from the old system to the new one and this will probably solve your problem. You can let us know which forum you want to have migrated to the new system and we will give it some priority.
