connection refused with personal login

Hi , I sincerely hope you'll be able to help us . I send my request for a friend who doesn't succeed , since 2 or 3 days , to access to the Nabble webpage , and she doesn't succeed to enter in the Nabble forum , with his personal data either .

She has not changed any e-mail adress or password .

She manages a forum , without one problem until now .
She lives in Brasil , we thought it was a bug relative to the country , but from my computer in France , I can't log on Nabble either .

In your opinion , what is the problem , when you no longer able to connect on these pages overnight   ?
Please can we have actions to do ?

There is something new today ,

From my computer in France , with the personnal data of Cris , now I can log on the forum affected for which here is the URL :        http://diegolunaloco.28139.n6.nabble.com/

From his own in Brasil , she still can't access on it .

So , just now Is it a trouble which concern Brasil or users of South America ?
And do you think that it will be okay for her ?

Thanks for checking from Brasil . We're grateful for your help .

 

In reality , Cris has succeeded to enter in the forum yesterday , not before , without reason . It seems to be a random trouble ....

When she logged , one asked to her to enter the good loggin .

 

But all seems to be okay , today .

 

Thank you for your interest , I'll come back if there is some trouble later , but there is no longer now .

Hi again Pedro , Cris can go into the forum today , but I come back again just because she's interested to know what was wrong with his account .
Is it common for an user to be locked ? Do you have an idea about the reason which locked her ?

The trouble began 8 days ago , and has ended last tuesday . She was thinking that South american people were locked on Nabble , because she didn't succeeded to enter from any tablet or computer , anywhere in his country .

Please if you have an idea about these reasons , i'm at your disposal , can you tell me ?

In reality , she would like to unlight this question  , to avoid that it starts again .

Hi Corole, we have no idea of what happened. We would need more details to investigate, but I believe the problem was on Cris' computer since part of the Nabble team is also in Brazil (Pedro and myself) and we couldn't reproduce it. You can contact us again if you or Cris still have any issues.
