change appearance take me to a different forum

hi.
i opened a photo gallery and try to change the apearance and layout.
however, whenever i click on one of the i am taken o another forum hosted here:

why? how to fix?

I couldn't reproduce this problem. When you click on the "Options > Editor > Change appearance" menu, you should go to this link:

when i click on the link you gave me i am redirected to

i have no idea why. i am using win7 64bit -  chromium 6.0. and IE 8 and this happens on both.

This is really strange. Please open a command prompt window and type "ping gallery.spivak.ws". What do you see?

i have rechecked my dns (godaddy) and it is correct:

I don't understand what is going on. What happens when you click on other menu items, like "Edit name & description"?

all the rest are working fine, only change appearance is doing this.

I still don't understand what is going on. Do you have access to another computer where you could try this?
Maybe you can try creating another gallery and moving your domain to it. This shouldn't be an issue because your gallery is empty at this point.

yes, i have more then one more PC. i also tried it from work. i get the same thing. unauthorized user link that sends me to a deferent forum.
