can't login with my other account

I can't login with the user account [e-mail]

I tried clicking 'forgot password' and received an email from support with my password in it. I copied and pasted the password into the password field but still get failed logins. Can you please reset this account somehow?

You can obviously login here so what forum are you talking about?

Also I note there are two differences between your username here and the gmail address you mention. Is there any possibility you're mistyping when attempting to login?

My login name is 'bluetundra' when I login with '[e-mail]', and 'bluethundr' when I login with '[e-mail]'.  If I can use one username with two different email accounts I wasn't aware of that.


But a couple of things are certain. I cannot log into old nabble with [e-mail] but I can login with [e-mail]. And I cannot delete threads posted under [e-mail] when I am logged in as [e-mail]

Also, even when I copy paste my password from the recovery email, I still cannot login using the email address [e-mail].

Does this clarify my issue?
