can I delete "Topics views" menu?

I have any problem... many user make topics from "Topics view" menu...  can I deleted "Topics view" menu?.. please help me....

You will be able to remove the "Topics View" link when we release the templates feature in some months. But if you are worried about users creating new topics from that view, then you should look at the "Options > Users > Who can view & post?" page instead. The configuration you need to change is probably there.
