applying differant view settings to sub-forums

l have set my forum (fishingwesternport)
and its 9 sub-forums to View by "Anyone".

fishingwesterport.com: - "Anyone"
1/Fishing Reports - "Anyone"
2/General Fishing Information - "Anyone"
3/Boat & Electronics - "Anyone"
4/Gear & Tackle - "Anyone"
5/YouTube Fishing - "Anyone"
6/Off Topic - "Anyone"
7/Buy Swap & Sell - "Anyone"
8/Cooking the Catch - "Anyone"
9/ Weather Station - "Anyone"

however l'd like to set the View setting like this:

fishingwesterport: - "Anyone"
1/Fishing Reports - "Members"
2/General Fishing Information - "Anyone"
3/Boat & Electronics - "Anyone"
4/Gear & Tackle - "Anyone"
5/YouTube Fishing - "Anyone"
6/Off Topic - "Anyone"
7/Buy Swap & Sell - "Anyone"
8/Cooking the Catch - "Anyone"
9/ Weather Station - "Anyone"

so "Anyone" will only see 8 of the 9 sub-forums:

fishingwesterport.com:
General Fishing Information
Boat & Electronics
Gear & Tackle
YouTube Fishing
Off Topic
Buy Swap & Sell
Cooking the Catch
Weather Station


but "Members" (who log in) will see:

fishingwesterport.com:
Fishing Reports 
General Fishing Information
Boat & Electronics
Gear & Tackle
YouTube Fishing
Off Topic
Buy Swap & Sell
Cooking the Catch
Weather Station

l've tried and all l'm able to do is hide
the "Fishing Reports" from "Anyone" & "Members" even myself?

so l want to hide(Fishing reports) from unregistered viewers (Anyone)
but have it visible to "Members"and "Admin" etc.

is this possible, with my forum at the moment or no?
if so, l'm happy to pay for guidance on how to set it...
