administrator functions not shown under options in Forum

I went into my Nabble forum to sign up a user and under options, all i had to choose from was Subscrive via email. None of my administror functions such as managing my users and groups is shown. Thank you,

If you are logged in as an ordinary user then you will see only "Subscribe via email" as that is the only option available to an ordinary member!

To see administrator options login in using your administrator username.

My earlier reply would normally provide the answer. If it didn't then you need to provide more information about what you've tried and what happened at each step of the process I suggested.

I only have only one log-in profile. The one I use for my one Nabble Forum - which I, as administrator, created. I have logged off and re-logged back in to verify proper loading of the Forum. This did not solve the problem. I have been contacted by two other Nabble Forum administrators outside of this thread that are having the same problem, along with the one identified in this thread.

I do not know of their particular circumstances, but, mine is a private forum - I do now know if this would make a difference or help to diagnose the problem.

My fault! I misread your original message in this thread as "I went into my Nabble forum to sign up as a user".

I too am now seeing other reports of loss of admin functions, so it might be something affecting the wider system.

Meanwhile, if a logout/login doesn't solve the issue, then the only other thing I could suggest you try on your own computer is to clear any Nabble cookies from your browser cache. (In that other case a migration between servers was was involved and I could well imagine that that could potentially cause a mismatch of cookies.) If that doesn't sort it, then I'd hope that Hugo will be along soon with an answer!

I went in and deleted all cookies (along with all other unneeded content both online and offline) from my machine - unfortunately this did not solve the problem. I appreciate you trying to help, hopefully Hugo will have time soon to assist us. Thank you,

There was an issue with changing users a while ago... don't know if it's fixed... but to ensure that a change of user was accepted I would have to log out, then restart my PC and log in as the new user...

I am having the same issue. I signed up for a forum for my Madden league, and in one league I have all the options, in the league I signed up for first, the options are not there, and only shows 3 registered users, no admin. Used same user name, email and all both times. Not sure what to do.
