active forum got schedule for deletion notice

I had a post to my forum on June 12 and it has recived 8 views since then, but on June 13 we got the Nabble forum schedule for deletion notice.

Three quick questions:
1. What is the inactive time period that causes these notices to go out?
2. Do only the administrators recieve these notices?
3. Why did I/we get the notice of deletion if we were active?

What exactly has been scheduled for deletion?

People may have been visiting one part of your forum, say the home page, but never got any further and never visited certain topics. Perhaps it is only certain sub-forums/topics that are to be deleted.

As far as I know it is only administrators that get the warning, so they can visit the areas that need to be kept alive.

My forum is fairly simple. It is the home page with topics – there are no sub forums or topics. This is what I got from Nabble:

 

Dear Nabble user,

 

The forum listed below is inactive and has been scheduled for deletion in 10 days.

To prevent this forum from being deleted, visit the forum and follow the instructions.

If this forum is deleted, your posts in this forum will be deleted.

I received this a day after a new topic was posted to the forum so it was not inactive. I am just wondering what level of activity is Nabble looking for to avoid risking the deletion of my forum. We are a group of professionals/peers from different companies and issues/ideas are sporadic in nature but important to us. I am the only administrator and I want to make sure I am doing what is necessary. Thank you for your assistance.

Well, I can't account for that.

In my experience such notifications only come weeks if not months after the last post.

I guess we must wait for one of the Nabble Team to explain.
