ability to invite subscriber

I got the following message from Nabble when I went in to send an invitation to a new member for a closed group.

"If you want to invite subscribers, please request this feature in the Nabble Support forum. We can install this module for you, but the Nabble team must approve this request to prevent abuse and spam."

What are the steps to be able to send out invitations again?
