These are newspapers and are there to stay permanently don't ever delete anything in them .

Nabble's policy is to delete content that is not accessed for a prolonged period.

Administrators are warned of content that is about to be deleted and told of the action that must be taken to ensure it is not caught by the automated process. Authors are sent copies of deleted material, so they can re-post if desired.

Once deleted, content is removed from Nabble's database and cannot be restored by them. It is down to the forum administrator to ensure all content to be retained is kept active.

I guess it is possible that if you pay for Premium Support, you could request a change to that routine for your forums, but you'll need confirmation from one of the Nabble team for that.

I meant that i intended to recover my previous newspaper via the link that i gave you in my first message to you.I sthat possible or do i just create it a fresh.How or what can you do to this newspaper so that it is not dedelted for being idle in the future as it happened to the previous one.This is  a newspaper and it should remain live permannetly until i decide to delete it .

If you do not have an archive file that you generated from OPTIONS > DOWNLOAD ARCHIVES you need to start afresh.

How or what can you do to this newspaper so that it is not dedelted for being idle in the future as it happened to the previous one.

You need to visit all articles regularly to demonstrate to Nabble that they are read by your users. The message warning you of impending deletion tells you which sections of your newspaper are scheduled for deletion. Read those warnings carefully and take the action required to keep unread articles live.

This is  a newspaper and it should remain live permannetly until i decide to delete it .

Unfortunately, this is not part of the normal Nabble service. The terms and conditions do indicate that content needs to be accessed periodically for Nabble to keep it live. If unvisited for too long Nabble will send you a warning that it will be deleted unless visited within the next 30 days (I think that is the period - It's a long time since I've seen such a message).
