It is part of the standard service for any Nabble forum.
Generally, it causes great annoyance to people if users delete their postings - especially if there have been replies. It will leave meaningless holes in message threads. It is bad behaviour and should be discouraged.
the message that you receive allows you to repost the messages, in case their was a mistake.
If you really want to stop receiving those messages then you will need to edit the NAML that produces them. You will not be able to stop them when the forum is controlled by someone else.
