"Who can View and Post" option missing...

According to the documentation under the options>users there should be a "who can view and post" option, but all I have is:

Change Permissions
Manage Users and Groups
Manage Subscribers
Manage Banned Users

None of which have the options shown in the documentation for "Who can View and Post" section which is supposed to be there.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Hmm. you sure your not talking about " Change Permissions  " you stated? in there you change who can do what, like: who can make new post, who can reply, who can delete etc. What your asking about basically :D

That section does not seem to accomplish what the "who can post and view" section does as it is shown here:

Simeon, you want OPTIONS > USERS > CHANGE PERMISSIONS

When you click on 'CHANGE PERMISSIONS' you get the full templet which allows you to change the settings you want. (you must be admin to access those settings)

Sometimes the documentation gets out of date after software changes when the lads make amendments.

It sounds like User Permissions to me too...
