What's the point

SteveM
Of $100 for "premium support"?

I can get a complete website package, including hosting, forum software etc for far less than that.

And still no option to remove the "free embeddable forum/blog/etc" logo at the bottom (and don't suggest $100 is a fair price to remove that)

Disappointed, I doubt more than a handful will pay so much for such an obscure "service" such as "premium support".

Re: What's the point

Hugo <Nabble>
As explained in this post, the premium support forum is an attempt to improve the way Nabble team members work. We just don't have time for free support because we are also the developers behind this product. So we need a way to filter support issues and users willing to pay will get the attention they need. Harvey44 was the first user on that forum and we are working on everything he needs. Soon people will realize that it is worth paying that fee because we do deliver custom solutions and help premium members build great applications and websites. I understand that $100/year is not so cheap, but remember that it requires human attention. This is different from hosting services that have a machine working on auto-pilot and almost no human interaction is required. So we had to find a price that is not an absurd, but pays the work and attention involved in custom requests.
