What have you guys done with "Insert Image" in firefox?

I have a couple of Nabble forums and I am unable as of a few hours ago to "Insert Image" using Firefox. When you create a post and click on "Insert Image" only a slither of the left handside of the box displays.

Surely you haven't changed something without checking all browsers?

Confirmed that it's not working with me in FF12, but is in Chrome19 and IE9.
