What happened to my account? Error 500

It was error 500.
What I had done was just cut some of users from one of the usergroups and clicked SAVE.
Then I could not log in any more with this email address. It said Error 500.

Surprisingly, to write on this support forum, I could create another account with the same email!
I worry if my previous account would be frozen.

Please help me.
I'm waiting online  now.
