Im pretty sure you can assume anything you know is illegal including hacks, warez downloads, illegally downloading music, movies, programs etc, will be frowned on by nabble since it might ultimately backfire on them.
Any decent host also forbids, racist, inflammatory comment, or anything that promotes illegal activity (drugs etc)

What your really asking is 'what can I get away with?' am I right?

what is your forum about anyway? whats it for?

p.s Im sure internet crime and piracy laws and copyright laws are Global, theres a big world outside America mate!

What I want to know is can I use Nabble to simply link to these sort of download sites that are hosting the movies and software as long I do not upload anything to Nabble servers or encourage it, it should be completely safe or is that still breaking the agreement between the use of Nabble.

I have deleted the forum ages ago where I use to link to these download sites.
