Users cannot Start new topics, WHY??

Everything was working fine, I haven't changed any settings but all of a sudden no one else but me (admin) can start a new topic please help....

Hi Percy,
Are you sure?
I know you said you didn't change anything but it seems highly unlikely such a basic bug would come up.

Id double check under OPTIONS-->USERS--->CHANGE PERMISSIONS, "Create Topic" to see what check-box is ticked.

you certainly have an unusual combination of permissions and options set.

I see a "Priority Assignee" column and an option to post by email when I am not even a registered user.

Volunteer Helper - but recommending that users move off the platform!
Once the admin for GregHelp now deleted.

THE PERMISSIONS ARE DOUBLECHEKED
I HAD THIS SMALL PROBLEM FROM THE BEGINING BUT NOW IT GROWS UP
