Unwanted Google mining

Nabble forums are assigned a URL address for RSS readers.

Can the search bots used by Google et al. stumble onto the URL for my forum's feed and thus read my forum?

Legitimate bots should obey the setting at:
Options > Application > Extras & Add-on > Content > Hide content from search engines.
Volunteer Helper - but recommending that users move off the platform!
Once the admin for GregHelp now deleted.
