Unsubscribe

I have repeatedly tried to stop getting the posts and responses from the R forum, but have not been able to. I even closed my account, unsubscribed, changed to a digest form, opted to not receive every post / response and even reached by sending an email to r support and r help, but to no avail. My yahoo inbox keeps getting flooded and I am starting to miss important notification and other emails in the barrage of posts and responses I get on a daily basis.

Can someone please help outline what I need to do. I think, my email addresses may have to be manually removed from the subscription list. One reason this may have happened is that I canceled my account while my subscription was on - this may have caused the problem that cannot be resolved even though I re-registered and changed my subscription settings.

You don't give the URL of the forum , but use of the term "subscription" suggests it may, in fact, be a mail list archive.

Could it be possible that you are getting the messages direct from the source mail list and not from Nabble? It would be helpful to provide a typical From: line as that would confirm if it is Nabble that is sending you the mail.

It will help if you also describe exactly what links you click on/keystrokes you use and what responses you get to each.
