Unregistered User

Is there a way to remove an Unregistered User's information from "All Users People"  She unregistered 3 days ago but she is still showing under "All Users People" as registered However, when you click on her name, Stephanie, it shows  her as an Unregistered User,  She would liked to be gone. Can you please help me out.

This seems to be a cache issue. I cleared the cache of that server and the problem should be fixed now. Please take a look and let me know if you still see issues.

Hi, i also have this problem with unregistered user can you please clear the cache on the server that hosts the following forum
