Unable to make a backup

Hi,

Since my problem of connexion to my forum (see here : http://support.nabble.com/URGENT-My-forum-seems-to-be-removed-td7590205.html ) I'm unable to make a backup.
When I click on the appropriate option (Download backup), the new windows says "The system is generating the backup now. When it is finished, a link to the backup file will be emailed to you." ... but I received no mail since yesterday (previous backups were very fast).

Is my issue linked to your server problem (see http://support.nabble.com/Unable-to-access-my-forum-td7590216.html) ?
