Unable to login to my admin account in AstroImageJ nabble forum

I am unable to login in the forum that I run for the open source software tool AstroImageJ:
http://astroimagej.170.s1.nabble.com/

When I attempt to login using my known account email and password, I get:
"Incorrect Login!
Please re-enter your email/password and click Login."

Then when I click on "Forgot your password", I get:
"No registered user found with this email.
Please enter a correct email address and try again."

If I go into people, my account is the first one "karenacollins".

Any ideas what might be the problem? Any way to recover the account?

My apologies, I have solved the problem and can now access the forum as admin.

It sounds frustrating to lose access to an admin account, especially when the registered email is no longer being recognized. I recently found svip5 that covers common account recovery methods and login issues, and it may be useful in situations like this. Hopefully, the forum administrators can verify the account ownership and restore access soon.
