Trying to change login details

I am trying to change my login address for one of the forums.
I appear unable to accomplish this simple service.
Is there a *live* person to whome I can address the problem?

What is your forum address?

I wish to stop using [hidden email] on the digikam site and
only use [hidden email].
My user name should remain as 'davidvj'.
No change in passwords is required.

Your help would be much appreciated.
