Trouble/Slow Loading/Logging On

Over the past few days, several members of our little group (http://young-restless-fan-forum.969855.n3.nabble.com/) have been having trouble logging on and/or posting.  It is extremely slow WHEN it loads and also some posts are being duplicated once they show up.

What is going on??

Yes, we have fixed the performance issues on the n3 server.
