Translate nabble forum buttons and all in ROMANIAN language . how to?

how to customize the nabble forum for my personal website ? my site is in romanian and the forum language is english, but 70% romanian people don't know english very well

It looks as if you will have to do your own translation as no one seems to be working on a Romanian one at present.

i want myself to contribute and translate but how to do it? i saw at the spanish translation a .txt file.  how can i use that .txt file if i make the translation. where to put .txt file?
