It depends a little on how your site's domain name will be applied.
Basic embedding should not be affected by the domain change.
However, it would be wise to remove any redirection you have set up for the period while your domain is propagating across the Internet and becoming fully active. Depending on how the domain is being set up then it is possible that you would lose access to administrator functions of your forum if you leave redirection in place and that would require intervention by Nabble to recover them.
