Topic headings

Hi.  I'm creating a nabble message board, and I want to know if you all know of a way that I can change the topic headings, like, "news and announcements"...can I change that to say, "post your pics here" - ?

Hi

1. at the forum level (not whilst reading a topic, thread or post therein)

2. Options menu

3. Editor submenu

4. Edit name & description.

Within a forum: you can also edit the topics and messages that you post.

In all cases, permalinks remain good.
