Threaded lock

I would like to know if I can lock the appearance of my forum in threaded view for all users new and registered.

It can be done but would require editing the NAML code that displays for forum. Unfortunately, I don't have the skill to advise how.

However, I wonder why you want to make this change. Most forum users would find the "Classic" view far more familiar and therefore easier to navigate, and for those that prefer the threaded view it is only one click away.
