That forum is mixed see an icon showing locked topics

I want a picture of a padlock indicating that the issue is closed, the same happens with the emerging themes identified with this icon when an issue is closed, see: http://support.nabble.com/images/pin.png

A good request!  I would extend it.

Both locked topics and sub-forums to which a user does not have access should be flagged with a padlock, so you get a warning before reaching the screen that says...

Incidentally, when a locked topic is involved that screen should read something like...

Locked Topic
