I am confused, I can get nable to recognize the code I type into the box in the support forum , but when trying to log into Magaliaweather.com it will NOT recognize the code I type into the box.... Why is this?

Hi BriVick,
What kind of code? Can you post an example here and then explain the difference you see on Magaliaweather.com

Good morning Gregg. Attached for example: As I see letters and numbers, some look large as in upper case and some are lower down // I have tried instances of either straight typing or using upper and lower case I have spaced them and I just do no know why I cannot log in anymore. I have asked Bob the administrator . he does not know why.
My computer has accepted the password for Magaliaweather.com as for other applications. I have used or tried to use half a dozen passwords................Call sign used to be" Digger, or Wombat, or Veteran-1965. If you can please help. Hi Brian,
Ah! Complete misunderstanding on my part! I thought you were a forum administrator and perhaps talking about adding CSS code or other complex customisations to your forum. I had not realised, from your first post, you were talking about a captcha issue. I can say that on a Nabble forum all the captcha codes contain five characters, a mix of upper case letters and numbers. There are never lower case letters and spaces should not be used. (In the example you post, the code is SJABF) However, I wonder why are you seeing a captcha at all. Nabble only requires these for unregistered users and you say "I cannot log in anymore", suggesting that you are a registered user on that forum. If you are a registered user that suggests that you are not entering the correct email address and password when using the "Login" link on the forum and are now attempting to re-register. If that is the case then I assume you have gone to the "Register" link. On that screen you will see a Captcha. There are a number of things that could be going wrong here. • You could be entering a user name or email address that is already used on the system (perhaps by you, if you have been previously attempting to login with the wrong password and, in desperation, are now attempting to re-register with one or more of your old details.) • You could be failing to enter the confirmation password correctly • You might be failing to check the box saying you have read the terms and conditions and finally, • you might not be entering the Captcha correctly. Does this provide the clues needed to explain what is going wrong? If not then please confirm whether you have previously registered on that forum and are attempting to re-register and exactly what messages/screens appear when you fail to complete registration.

G'day Gregg, we are close.... But// there is a site called Magaliaweather.com .
It uses Nable. for a fewyears I had no problem log in etc.
My computer remembered the password. Of late I cannot log in. [ I have not been banned from site ]
When I type in the code, as I see it ,,it says wrong code. Which is nuts, I have done it over and over to no avail. tried to contact nable NADA// I joined the support group to ask why all of this is happening.
I am a self taught 72 y o Australian, and no dummy to computers. I just am not "that clewy" about this issue. Hi Brian,
I know! I checked all that out before responding to you. That suggests that you are using the either or both the wrong email address and/or password. In the few lines above, I worry that you type Gregg for Greg, Nable for Nabble and fewyears for few years. This suggests that you may not be as accurate as you believe you are when entering your address and password, even if you do remember the correct one after all this time. All this means I have less confidence in your answers than I need to have to be sure I am giving you the best advice. Please help restore my confidence by answering as fully as possible all the points in my previous post. I have already explained that if you are a registered user of that forum and your post this time suggests that you are then you should not ever see a captcha. Please explain what you are doing and why for each step of the process you follow and the results of taking those steps I say again, you need to restore my confidence in you. Please answer all the points in my previous post. Then there is hope that you'll get worthwhile help. I retain below relevant parts of the message...
