I have just recenty joined John Yeoman's group StoryPen Pal but your stupid, infuriating site does not allow me to register - about 20 times I have been told INCORRECTLY that the security code does not match the picture.  WHY?

Occasionally people do have problems with the Captcha code.

The codes are always five characters, a mix of upper case letters and numerals.

If you find it difficult to read one code you should be able to request another.

If these hints do not help then you need to report the URL of the forum in question so Nabble can investigate further.

Each time I have copied in a five digit code consisting of numbers and letters but always upper case letters - have never read any lower case letters - but the forum below keeps repeating that the code does not match the picture.
