I have created a staff forum, with sub-forums. However, a regular user can see the staff forums but can't post or create a new topic under this forum which is only used for the admins. But I only want the Admins to have the visual capability to see the staff forum and not any other member. Is this possible?
Yes. You should click on "Options > Users > Who can view & post?" and select that only members can view the forum. Regular users won't be able to browser your forum. They will see a form to request permission instead.
