Soundcloud Embedding

I have tried unsuccessfully to embed Soundcloud players into my forum.  I have used the embed tags and then insert the widget code ( I also tried the other codes) but it does not work. Would you be able to describe how this can be done. Also what is the maximum file size for the upload file as my MP3 seemed too big.  I have read the uploading an MP3 thread but none of it seemed to work. Hope you can help. Many thanks Simon

Please, post the iframe format using "Message is in HTML Format".

Just to clarify to anyone ( who is as ignorant as me) reading this do not use the embed tags just check  the "Message in in HTML Format" and then just use the iframe code from soundcloud.
