Small bug: Send Email To button isn't showing on profile pages

Under profile header in the edit page settings I see the 'then  local user send email to link' code in the box where it should be, but when I view profile page the button isn't in view.

On the profile page of any member  an default button is missing. In the edit page settings of profiles, in 'Profile Header' section the codes are all in view / in the edit box. Nothing has been deleted. The code for the said link is there, but not showing to either admin, or guest to the forum when viewing anyone's profile page.

The link 'send email to username' shows up around where the 'Add and remove groups' button is located at top of page where the avatar pic shows up before the table that has all created topics by said user.
