As you've told me before IE always does exactly what you ask of it! :-)
I strongly suspect that it's caused by your very weird code at:

which contains two opening "center" tags, when there's only one closing tag on the page.
Firefox and Chrome both appear to make a better stab at your intended layout, in spite of the bad code. Your site is not centred in those browsers.
