Request for XML backup of forum

I want to have a backup of my forum other than the one you provide, using " JdbcPgBackup" tool. I was thinking of a backup in XML format. I noticed that in the past this was possible. Is it possible now?

If a backup in XML is not possible what other alternative do I have except the one you offer?
