Removing post without deleting all replies below, can't see 'remove' button

As an Admin and owner I want to remove/delete posts (without deleting all replies under it!!) BUT I can't fond that magic "remove the post' button, that you say is supposed to be under 'more'.. Help me to find it plz?? will it help if i post the link to the forum here, so that you can have a look?

We don't have that option anymore because we changed how things work in our system.
Why do you want to preserve the replies?
Note that you can delete the post and all replies, but authors will receive a copy of their deleted posts by email so they have a chance to save that information.
