Remove advertising error

I clicked the remove advertising link followed the prompts & paid thru amazon but got an error at the end of the transaction. I then repeated the process and got another error. below are the reciepts of the transactions.
I checked my account & no credits are listed and advertising is still on the website. I am happy to apply both payments for credits and dont want a refund for the second transaction maybe a few more credits for $60 would be nice
Could somebody have a look at this and advise
