Remove Ads Credits and Search Engine Crawlers

If Remove Ads credits are based on page views, do page views by search engine crawlers count against those credits?

If so, is there a way to prevent this without marking everything noindex?

The credits are based on visitor's page views. I don't think search engine crawlers count against those credits.
