Is there a way to get the details of the members that register to my forum?

When you click on their name or avatar you will see a page about some info such email about the user.

Sorry I should have been clearer. If I want a list of all the members that have joined my forum is this possible?

Yes!

From your main forum click PEOPLE. this shows a page with all people in your forum listed.

You can filter the list to show only members of particular groups or those online.

You can also edit or extract lists of users in all groups including "authenticated" via:
OPTIONS > USERS > MANAGE USERS AND GROUPS

You could, for example, copy out the list of member's usernames and email addresses and use a text editor or spreadsheet program to produce an alphabetical list.
